The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a ramen restaurant from the good old, vibrant days of Japan, with a tin roof, orange light bulbs, and lanterns creating a nostalgic atmosphere.

 

Our restaurant of the Zakkushi Group, which has been in Vancouver for 20 years.

 

We make most of our soup, noodles, and cha-shu by hand. We carefully make each one every day in our central kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cooking: Prepare high-quality ramen consistently. Tasks include broth preparation, noodle cooking, and topping arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers, provide a pleasant dining experience, take orders, serve food, and handle transactions.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring health and hygiene standards are upheld.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing stock levels of ingredients and supplies, and support ordering processes.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Contribute to problem-solving and efficiency improvements.
