“Ruibe” is a dish originating from the Hokkaido Ainu people. Sashimi salmon and salmon roe marinated in soy sauce. Of course, it goes well with rice as a side dish, but it also goes well with sake/サーモンとイクラの漬け（北海道の郷土料理）
